I developed Adgrego, a recruiting platform for CGM Consulting S.r.l., designed to streamline and optimize the hiring process. The platform provides candidate profile management with advanced filters, quick search, and an interactive dashboard to monitor applications in real time. It also includes selection process tracking, automated notifications, and calendar integration to schedule interviews and appointments. For internal communication, I implemented a built-in chat system with push notifications, allowing recruiters and candidates to stay updated in real time. On the technical side, the platform uses AngularJS and Bootstrap for a responsive interface, PHP Slim and Doctrine ORM for a lightweight and efficient back-end, and REST API with JSON for seamless integration and future expansion into a hybrid mobile app with Ionic. The results included increased recruitment efficiency, improved user experience, optimized performance, and a scalable system ready for mobile expansion.

For the 2015 and 2016 editions of Italia’s Got Talent, I developed the core interactive features, focusing on the online voting system and audience engagement tools. The platform enabled real-time voting with integration into Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, supported by secure anti-fraud systems to ensure transparent results. I also implemented live polls and reactions, boosting viewer participation during broadcasts. On the backend, the system was developed with Symfony2, Doctrine, and MySQL, ensuring high scalability and real-time validation during peak traffic moments. Finally, JSON APIs allowed seamless data communication between the web platform and TV broadcast systems. The result was higher audience engagement, secure televoting, and an optimized cross-device experience.

As part of the X Factor 2014 & 2015 project, I developed interactive tools to foster active audience participation via web and social platforms. The work focused on the creation of a real-time online voting system, synchronized with the show’s backend, and integrated with Facebook and Twitter APIs to allow direct voting from social media.In addition, I implemented live engagement features such as interactive polls, quizzes, and real-time social feeds. The UI was optimized with Bootstrap for a seamless experience on both desktop and mobile.On the backend side, the system was built with Symfony2, Doctrine, and Twig, ensuring secure vote validation, scalability, and high performance. Data was exposed via JSON APIs to communicate with TV data processing systems.The project successfully delivered a highly engaging and secure voting platform, capable of managing heavy traffic during live broadcasts while enhancing the audience’s interactive experience.

I developed a website for GCAVCOM focused on multimedia event promotion, starting from a custom graphic design and building a tailored WordPress theme with dedicated plugins. The project included responsive design, performance optimization, and the immediate resolution of technical issues in the News section.The result is a scalable, secure, and reliable website, featuring an intuitive interface and advanced event management tools. This solution improved user engagement, ensured smooth navigation, and delivered a robust platform for future growth.

The F.A.I project involved transforming a static website into a dynamic platform based on an MVC architecture. I developed a restricted area with a secure admin panel, enabling real-time content editing through a WYSIWYG editor and user authentication system. The implementation of MVC improved scalability and maintainability, with structured views for faster loading and clear separation between logic and presentation. The site was optimized with HTML5, CSS3, and Photoshop, ensuring a responsive, modern, and visually appealing interface. As a result, content management became simpler and more autonomous, the platform scalable and stable, and the user experience faster and more intuitive.

The Michelangelo Gatto project focused on the development of a static website starting from an initial graphic design. I created a responsive HTML/CSS layout, ensuring compatibility with desktops, tablets, and smartphones, and optimized the site structure for intuitive navigation. An interactive PHP-based contact form was implemented with client-side and server-side validation to ensure a secure and error-free user experience. Content and images were organized for readability and accessibility, with graphics optimized using Fireworks. The result is a modern, lightweight, and professional website with smooth navigation, a clean interface, and an effective contact system.

The CGIL project involved analyzing and fixing bugs on a legacy ASP platform with limited access to the source code. Using browser developer tools, I identified anomalies in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then applied targeted ASP code patches to resolve errors and enhance platform stability. The intervention focused on optimizing cross-browser functionality, applying fixes without disrupting normal operations. As a result, the platform achieved greater stability, improved usability, and reduced compatibility issues, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency.
