I contributed to the maintenance and feature development of the R101 CMS at CGM Consulting S.r.l., focusing on improving content management, system performance, and SEO visibility.The work included adding new CMS functionalities, building an interactive photogallery, implementing SEO enhancements with automatic XML sitemap generation, metadata management, and optimized URLs. I also developed an advanced tagging system for better content categorization and designed an internal search engine with free-text, tag-based, and user-specific filters, supported by optimized MySQL queries.The outcome was a faster, more intuitive CMS with a structured architecture, delivering improved user experience and stronger visibility on search engines.
