Prince of Spatial – Mini Game

“Prince of Spatial” is a personal 3D mini-game inspired by the first level of Prince of Persia, created entirely in Blender. It features a modular environment, dynamic interactions such as traps and objects, trigger management, and gameplay mechanics optimized through a custom SDK still in development.

Concept & Inspiration

“Prince of Spatial” is a modern reinterpretation of the iconic first level of Prince of Persia, designed entirely in 3D as a mini interactive experience. The project began as a personal exercise in style, development, and environmental design, aiming to merge the charm of retro games with the possibilities of modern immersive technologies.

This project was developed entirely by me, from 3D modeling to interactive integration, including the gameplay logic and environmental layout. Every detail, from textures to movement triggers, was crafted to deliver an engaging experience that honors the spirit of the original game while reimagining it through a contemporary visual language.

Technical Features

  • 3D reconstruction of the original scenario with a minimalist style
  • Dynamic interactions for key elements such as traps and objects
  • Modular design to allow easy level extension

Technical Challenges Overcome

The project was developed using an SDK still in active development, which required extra effort in managing compatibility, writing custom solutions, and preventing issues caused by sudden changes in the development environment. The goal was to ensure a stable experience that was as independent as possible from the platform’s structural limitations.

Project Goal

More than just a tribute to a timeless classic, Prince of Spatial was born as a personal exercise in consistency and discipline, a way to keep creativity and technical skills sharp even in the absence of external commissions. It’s a personal project that reflects my desire to experiment, improve, and stay active in developing interactive experiences beyond professional contexts.
